Red Light Therapy Yoga

Red light therapy (RLT) offers a range of wellness benefits, including:

  • Enhanced skin health: Boost collagen production and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

  • Improved wound healing: Support your body’s natural recovery process.

  • Pain relief: Reduce chronic pain and arthritis discomfort.

  • Muscle recovery: Aid in faster post-workout recovery.

  • Potential hair regrowth: Stimulate hair follicles for healthier hair.

What to Expect

Your session takes place in a serene room surrounded by five 1000W RLT panels, creating a calming ambiance. You’ll enjoy a 10-minute close-up session with the lamp while seated in pranayama or meditation, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of the light.

Wearing sunglasses is optional—some participants prefer them, but standard sunglasses are perfectly fine. The light may take a few moments to adjust to your eyes.

The session continues with a yin-inspired, deeply relaxing yoga flow, concluding in Shavasana to leave you feeling completely blissed-out.

Who Should Not Attend

For your safety, the following individuals should avoid RLT sessions or consult their doctor first:

  • Active cancer patients

  • Photosensitive individuals

  • Those taking photosensitizing medications

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals

  • Individuals with epilepsy

  • Those with active infections or fevers

  • Individuals with thyroid disorders

  • Recent surgery or eye conditions

  • Individuals with deeper skin tones (Fitzpatrick types IV–VI), as there may be an increased risk of hyperpigmentation

If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor before attending.
