“Fiona's mantras made me feel like the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders. The tone was perfect and so beautiful to be in the presence of such a glorious healing sound.

I felt uplifted but so peaceful at the end. It is something I will definitely be joining in with again and I would encourage anyone to try it - you will not regret it, that's for sure.”

Why Mantras

Currently, Sound is rapidly becoming a top wellness trend and is recognized by Science for its benefits.

Sound is universal and touches us at a very deep level and can completely transform our state of mind in minutes.

Sound now is being used by Health Professionals and Therapists as part of Integrative Healing Therapy.

So What are Mantras?

The Ancient Roots of Mantras were of sacred revelations, based on religious traditions, scripture and prayers passed down through oral and sonic form.

The Ancient Sanskrit word = MAN means MIND and to reflect or to think, TRA means VEHICLE and the instrument that saves.

Mantras come in many forms including verses, prose, prayers and musical chants.

A Mantra is a word or phrase that is repeated to bring out its positive transformative energy, which can be uplifting and encouraging.

Ancient Mantras and Bhajan are not random, they have been designed for their vibrational frequency that is in in each syllable and each sound these make when repeated as an individual or in a group

Mantra is an instrument of the mind, combined with a powerful sound or vibration and offers deeper connection to inner self and your own voice.

Fiona will explain how Mantra’s work and you will have a printable to follow along with ease.
