Body Control Pilates

Hannah's philosophy is to make the benefits of Pilates accessible to all - old, young, male, female, recovering from injury or fit as a fiddle - there really is an exercise for everyone. And her aim is that you will leave each session feeling recharged, rebalanced and stronger.

Hannah teaches Pilates classes every Thursday

9:30am - 10:30am - Body Control Pilates

10.45 - 11:45am - Pilates for Strong Bones

6:30pm - 7:30pm Mixed Level Pilates

The matwork Pilates classes are suitable for all levels - from beginner to intermediate.
In Pilates, we take a whole body fitness approach, working to improve overall strength, flexibility, posture and alignment, with a particular focus on spinal alignment and core strength.

The classes are low impact and so suitable for most people - but don't mistake low impact for low effort… you will leave each class feeling refreshed and energised and like you have worked those muscles! 

£54 for a block of 6 classes or £10.00 single session drop in.

  • Hannah Arcaro is a Body Control Pilates teacher. She took up Pilates after the birth of her second child when she was looking to get back in shape and build up her core strength. Along with the physical results, she really enjoyed understanding better how her body was put together and how practicing Pilates and correct movement patterns could rebalance her posture and build strength and resilience. 

    She is a member of the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) and registered as a Back4Good Practitioner, which allows her to teach Pilates to help manage lower back pain.
