Sound Bath with Alana Ferracini


Feeling stressed? Life a bit bumpy?

A sound bath could be just the thing to wash that all  away. Sound baths are a remarkable natural technique that can help mind body and spirit without invasive procedures.

The vibrational sounds will move you from an awake state to  a relaxed calm state, and then to a meditative state - with such ease you may not even notice until the sounds stop.

De-stress With Me is a 4 week rolling course with Claire Dauncey, which focuses on techniques to help manage and reduce stress and anxiety.


You'll learn how breath impacts your body and helps you to relax, how meditation can help you focus and bring control back to your life and how the use of yoga can release stress in a physical form.

Reducing cortisol and stress are the key elements of this course.

The matwork Pilates classes are suitable for all levels - from beginner to intermediate.

In Pilates, we take a whole body fitness approach, working to improve overall strength, flexibility, posture and alignment, with a particular focus on spinal alignment and core strength.

The classes are low impact and so suitable for most people - but don't mistake low impact for low effort … you will leave each class feeling refreshed and energised and like you have worked those muscles! 

£54 for a block of 6 classes or £10.00 single session drop in.
