One of my clients who had had sleep problems over a long period of time , often hardly sleeping for days ,reported that her sleep pattern is much better after only 3 sessions. She is able to sleep for long periods of time without waking up during the night and if she does wake up, she uses a gentle conscious connected breath and drifts off easily.
