Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy(CBH)

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy works with both adults as well as children and young people.

CBH provides the strengths of both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy. In merging these two therapeutic modalities, results are often swift and more effective than when used alone, with clients seeing lasting, measurable change.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy combined with the professional guidance will help you regain control of the issues that are holding you back in some way and enable you to live the life you want.

CBT is a talking therapy, which looks at current problems, rather than past traumas.

  • Hypnotherapy is a powerful technique involving a relaxed and focused state of attention that allows for heightened receptivity to positive imagery and suggestion, amplifying the desired impact of treatment.

Our Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) Therapist

  • Laura Tuskin is a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist that works with both adults as well as children and young people.

She is also a qualified School Teacher, having taught for over 16 years in EYFS through to Sixth Form which gives her an advantage to understand the current struggles faced by children and young people at home and at school.

Laura works collaboratively with caregivers and their children, tailoring her approach to suit their needs.

For children under 16, a parent or main caregiver will be required to be in the room throughout treatment and Laura will liaise with parents outside of sessions to monitor and review progress.
