Beginners Yoga

Beginners yoga is a 4 week rolling course with Claire Dauncey, which focuses on techniques to help manage and reduce stress and anxiety.

You will learn the impacts of breath on the body and how this can help you to relax. It will also highlight the use of meditation to improve focus assisting in clarity and control within your life. The use of yoga can release stress from the body and mind.

Reducing cortisol and stress are the key elements of this course.

  • Claire has been teaching various forms of yoga since 2016 and is grateful that she is doing what she feels passionate about every day!

    Claire specialises in breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, ashtanga and yin yoga.

    Claire also teaches vinyasa yoga, weighted yoga and gentle yoga.

    Claire believes that life is too short to take seriously, and yoga is for everyone!
