Nicola Smith trained as a Pilate’s instructor in 2001 and has spent the last 15 years helping people enjoy the vast benefits of Pilates.

Believing that Pilates is the perfect exercise for your body and mind, Nicola makes her classes accessible to those of beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

As a member of the Body Control Pilates Association, Nicola’s classes are restricted to a maximum of 12 students, allowing each student to receive precise one-to-one instruction.
