Mindfulness Workshop: Skilful Thinking
This workshop offers an opportunity to practise the main mindfulness meditations
with an experienced trainer.
In addition, there will be a short talk and discussion around how mindfulness can
support skilful thinking, with a focus on:
Working with Anger
The workshop includes a short break with refreshments.
Some experience of meditation (class or app), or yoga suggested. You may wish to
bring your own mat, blanket, cushion for lying down practices but these will be
