HORMONAL HEALTH & THE BALANCING ACT


This workshop is for anyone experiencing hormonal imbalance - you maybe female and  peri menopausal, going through or well over the menopause.  You may be experiencing symptoms and cant relate them to your cycle?  Maybe you’re male and experiencing some symptoms that you just don't understand and want to further your knowledge on yourself.

My research as a Naturopath has led me to this fascinating topic, as a species we try to understand along with science that we are complex beings and not one fast rule or pill that will fit us all.  We are made up of trillions of cells that are constantly communicating with each other via our hormone and neurological systems and I will be discussing all things dietary and lifestyle that will support the body to reach balance (Homeostasis)
