Love your-SELF.  We’re taught to believe that we are limited by our bodies and minds, but what if the source of wellbeing is already available to us?  Self-care doesn’t need to be a time-consuming activity, it can be as simple as understanding the Self differently.


The Awakening From Ego Series

We've been taught the importance of looking after our wellbeing. But, when your list of self-care activities leaves room for little else, you know this can’t be the route to feeling at ease day to day.

  • Meditate for 30 minutes

  • Hour of yoga

  • Mindfulness throughout the day

  • Gratitude diary

  • Etc etc

All of these things have their own value, but they aren’t the route to peace. This workshop explores why not and looks at how peace is a piece of cake when you look in the right direction for it. It’s not out there in activities (as those who have that big long list will already know). Peace is your true nature. It's the nature of your being.

This workshop takes us there, to our true nature. When this is understood deeply, self-care activities become something you do purely for enjoyment, rather than a necessity to get through the week sanely.
