Love is in the air!
And we're going to be having an extra special Chocolate Gong for Valentines!
Our theme this month is Self Love, we spend so much of our time giving but how often do we really take time to nourish our self?
This gong is the perfect opportunity to do that as we will be relaxing with a beautiful chocolate blend which contains rose essence and cardamon. The synergistic blend of these two elements will warm and uplift the heart putting you into a deeply healing heart space where you will be able to take time for yourself!
Close your eyes, open your ears, as we dive into a journey of sound and the senses!
Inducing states of deep physical relaxation, meditation and general well-being.
Giving you the space for your cells to dance to the rhythms of the GONG.

WHAT IS A GONG BATH?
A gong bath is an ancient form of sound healing that has recently become very popular in our busy modern world.
This rise in popularity is because the vibrations of the gong are able to relax both your body and mind.
You could call it a sound massage which is able to calm the nervous system and still the thoughts.
So it’s the perfect antidote to our busy lives, it will make you feel effortlessly relaxed, it can improve your sleep and can even help you release blocked emotions within the body.
Overall it is a deeply healing and rejuvenating experience and you will carry the post gong glow with you for days afterwards!
The event will be hosted by Ben Saxon who is an experienced Sound Healer and has been gonging for over 5 years and runs a number of very well established and popular events throughout Essex.
In addition to the gong he uses number of sound healing tools such as crystal bowls, rattles and chimes to add texture to the soundscapes and colour to your journey. Whilst the burning of incense, sage and paulo santo wood help to sooth the senses and aid the letting go process.
So treat yourself to some healing today!
• “A beautiful space and amazing experience, can’t wait for the next one.” Nicola
• “I slept the whole night through afterwards.” Jon
And the beauty of the event is it really is open to all levels, it will begin with some very gentle seated yoga to loosen the joints before relaxation, then a short guided meditation, followed by laying down and relaxing as the sound of the gong washes over you.
You should wear loose comfortable clothing and you can bring a thin pillow and blanket, also bring a bottle of water as the gong has detoxing effect and its good to stay hydrated.
