Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World

Mindfulness is a well-researched, effective practice to help you reduce stress and anxiety levels. Furthermore, it creates the space needed to fully enjoy the little moments in life which are so easily missed.
This course can help you manage your thoughts and emotions in these difficult times, based on Mark Williams’ superb book, Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World.
The course covers the main mindfulness meditations and activities, integrated in daily life. You will have the support of an experienced mindfulness trainer during and between sessions.
Participants will need to obtain a copy of the book, in order to read chapters 1-4 before we begin.
