My intention for every class is to allow space for you to come back home to yourself.
In a Yin Yoga session I will guide you through simple and easy meditation, breathing techniques
and some mindfully executed yoga poses. This is not about pushing and going to your absolute
maximum and the focus is not on how deeply you can get into the physical postures. This is
about stopping, coming in and finding some stillness. This is about learning to move effectively
but gently into the body.
My aim is to pass on the full practice of yoga which includes the physical postures but also the
power of breathing, the philosophy behind the practice and perhaps most importantly for me
gaining an understanding all to how we can all find more peace through the calming and
re balancing of the mind.
I came to yoga after experiencing high anxiety, stress and panic attacks. Through yoga I
navigated my way through that and continue to navigate though life challenges with more ease,
grace and peace. Injury through a car accident led me to restorative yoga and allowed me space
to heal physically but what I also found was a practice that taught me to nurture myself very
