Gut- Health for Anxiety & Depression

I am really looking forward to hosting a Gut-Health workshop with a focus on Anxiety and Depression.  I will be passing on knowledge from the previous 10 years or so of study and research around nutrition and biochemistry.  This has led me to understand the influence nutrition has on the mind, our thoughts and emotions. I had a real affiliation with the Gut-Brain Axis and I am excited to be teaching you all you need to know about enhancing your gut-brain health, in turn having a positive influence on any feelings of anxiety and depression. 

We will be discussing the impact that diet and lifestyle has on our sleep, energy, quality of life, mood & concentration. The main emphasis will be on optimising our overall health and well-being and improving any feelings of anxiety and depression.
