Do you find your mind is continuously rushing to the next thing? Or, because it is always somewhere else, you struggle to fully enjoy and engage with what you are presently doing?
Mindfulness is a well-researched practice which can help you reduce stress and anxiety, manage your thoughts and live more presently.
This taster session will introduce you to the main mindfulness practices and explore how it can support you in everyday life.
Mindfulness is a well-researched, effective practice to help you reduce stress and anxiety levels. Furthermore, it creates the space needed to fully enjoy the little moments in life which are so easily missed.
We will also consider the differences between learning mindfulness independently (using apps or books) or learning through a course.
