After practising yoga and dance for many years, and studying movement therapies at University I completed my 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training qualification in February 2018. Since then I have been passionately spreading the joy of yoga through my classes, finding balance to experience bliss in every session. My physical background has given me the understanding of the importance of being in-sync with your body, and the need for balance between movement and stillness.
Stretch, strengthen and soothe your mind and body. Focus on the present moment, allow yourself to be quiet, let go of what you don’t need and hold on to the positives. This class will encourage you to let go of daily stresses and engage with your body, giving it what it needs, allowing you to be the best you that you can be.
