An afternoon of Mindfulness

An afternoon of Mindfulness

An afternoon to step out of life’s frantic pace and give yourself some time and space.

We begin with a short talk and discussion around ‘authentic mindfulness’ and how a genuine practice can help reduce suffering and encourage flourishing.

You will be guided through a variety of meditations and, if you choose, there will be the option to spend the afternoon in silence in order to fully focus on your well-being.

The workshop includes a break with refreshments.

Some experience of meditation or yoga is required.

You may wish to bring your own mat, blanket, cushion for lying down practices.

18th November 2pm – 4.30pm

Adrian has taught mindfulness in schools, the workplace and various public courses. He has trained with: Bangor and Oxford Universities, Mindfulness at Work and the Mindfulness in Schools Project.
