Teacher Sam Maguire passionately believes that yoga is for everyone.
Sam offers a fusion of yoga styles in her classes to suit the needs of the individuals. In this class you will be using postures and breath work with the aim to enhance your mobility, flexibility, strength and your mind/body connection.
Each class will end with guided meditation, leading you to a mental and physical relaxation.
Classes are often themed to broaden your yogic experience and understanding with your well-being at the heart of the practice.
Sam makes yoga and meditation accessible to all with a dash of humour and a pinch of philosophy that is suitable for beginners as well as those wishing to further their yogic journey.
