Do not worry about your fitness level, previous experience, age or gender. Our classes are kept to a medium size so that our teachers can focus on the needs of the individual, ensuring that you get the most out of your session.

Yoga is more than a physical exercise; it is a fantastic way to improve our quality of life physically, mentally and emotionally.

The benefits of Yoga seem endless, helping us to move more freely and reduce general aches and pains.
It is a practise that can be of great benefits to a variety of conditions, such as;

  • Back, neck, knee & hip pain
  • Blood pressure
  • Stress
  • Depression & anxiety
  • Flexibility & strength
  • Arthritic condition
  • Improving bone density
  • Menopausal symptoms

How to prepare for your class.

We do not expect you to bring your own mat.
We understand that not everyone will have their own mats so you are more than welcome to use ours!

Loose fitting clothes are advised so that you can move with ease and comfort, we also suggest that you bring a bottle of water (but if you do forget, just ask and we can grab you a drink). We also recommend not having eaten an hour and a half before your class.
