Part of our compliance is the registration of the purposes for which we process data with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) – the ‘Notification’. This Notification is available on the Public Register of Data Controllers at www.ico.gov.uk.

This request should be directed to Mrs Revivo via the clinic. Please note that we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £10 for this service. Please note that this fee is payable in advance and non-refundable.
