I have been teaching in the Health and Holistic field for over 25 years and I work with many clients who want to re-gain and maintain their mobility, flexibility and strength.
My classes aim to reduce the effects of everyday life, such as;
- Restricted movements
- Aches and pain
- Overall tiredness
Classes are as follows;
Wednesday – 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM – Movement for Life
Wednesday – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM – Yoga Flow and Meditate
Movement for Life you will experience how to release tension in your physical, mental and emotional body. This class uses various techniques to assist in reducing stress, promoting relaxation and enhancing sleep.
Yoga Flow and Meditate is designed to increase your strength, improve flexibility and balance, whilst aiming to reduce stress and tension from the mind body & soul. This class has many benefits and is very adaptable to your needs.
