During my beauty therapy training in 1994,  I discovered a real interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body and the complexity of all its systems.  Particularly the physical and mental impact stress has on our bodies.

This led me to study and train in various treatments to assist in relaxation but mainly to facilitate in releasing our bodies of stress and restoring balance to the body.

Since qualifying in Pregnancy, Labour and Baby massage I have developed a passion to improve both the pre and post natal experience by a combination of treatments for both mother and baby.

I believe we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves and my passion is to help others discover this.

Reiki Healing- First and Second Degrees in the Usui and Tibetan Systems.
