£30 per person ( £25 if booked before the end of December 2017 )

This workshop is an experiential hands on workshop for parents led by creative therapist Tania Freeman.

The main focus of the workshop will be on how our own upbringing and relationship to self impacts on our interactions in the present particularly with our children.
Parenthood can be a tremendous trigger regarding our own childhood experiences. Together we will creatively explore our own inner critics and how we can transfer unconscious messages to our children because if our own life scripts. By way of psycho-education will look at attachment styles, the triune brain and fight, flight, freeze responses and ways to have better conversations around feelings with our children.
The aim is that through creating a clearer understanding of own patterns of thinking we can enable a better understanding and relationship with our selves and to others. In this way we can create more freedom for our true authentic selves, so join us and free up some Headspace.
Although not meant as therapy itself this workshop is a great introduction to creative therapy.
