Monday

9.15 – 10.15am
Pilates with Nicola Smith
This class is suitable for beginners and intermediates. You will build strength from the inside out, re-balancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.
£9 per session, places are limited.


11.00 – 12.00pm
Health and Vitality with Qi Gong with Steve Coster
Acupuncturist Steve Coster hosts this weekly Qi Gong class which is a wonderful way to exercise the mind and body through movement and breath.

5.00-6.00pm 

Yoga for teens with Sam Maguire 

Teen yoga with Sam include postures and breathing exercisesto aid focus, build self confidence and relieve physical and mental stress and anxiety.Deep relaxation will leave you ready to succeed in your exams.

These classes stop at the end of June but will restart in September

£8.00 per session.


Tuesday

10am – 12pm
Baby massage
A relaxed, friendly and informative class. You will learn massage techniques for your baby and the many great benefits that come with it.

Marma Yin Yoga with Paula Rose – Taster Class
We are please to introduce a new Marma Yin Yoga class with Paula Rose who will aim to restore and revitalise you during this lunchtime session.

 £5 first class
 4 for £30 or £9 drop in.


8.00 – 9.15pm
Yoga and Meditation with Sam Maguire
We believe that Yoga is for everyone so no experience is needed. Sam offers a fusion of Yoga styles to suit your individual needs and at the end of each class will be guided meditation to help you reach relaxation.
£10 per session or 6 sessions for £48, places are limited.

Yoga flow and Meditation with Suzanne Morgan
Yoga is more than a physical exercise; it is a fantastic way to improve our quality of life physically, mentally and emotionally. With guided meditation at the end of each session, Lorraine will help you reach relaxation.
£10 per session, places are limited.

8.30 – 9.30pm 

Mixed ability Pilates with Kelly Woodyatt 

6 weeks £45 or £9.00 per drop in. 


Thursday

10.30 – 11.30am
Movement for Life with Lorraine Nicol
Maintain and regain your body’s ability to move about freely. This gentle class will always take your ability and individual needs into consideration.
£10 per session, places are limited.
