9.15 – 10.15am
Pilates with Nicola Smith
This class is suitable for beginners and intermediates. You will build strength from the inside out, re-balancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.
£9 per session, places are limited.

6.00 – 7.00pm
Qi Gong with Steve Coster
Acupuncturist Steve Coster hosts this weekly Qi Gong class which is a wonderful way to exercise the mind and body through movement and breath.

7.30 – 8.30pm
Pregnancy Pilates with Kelly Woodyatt
On Monday 8th January Kelly will be starting a new weekly pregnancy pilates class 7.30-8.30pm.
A course of 6 sessions is £45 or a drop-in session is £9.

8.30 – 9.30pm
Mixed Ability Pilates with Kelly Woodyatt
On Monday 8th January Kelly with be starting a new weekly mixed ability pilates class 8.30-9.30pm
A course of 6 sessions is £45 or a drop-in session is £9.


Tuesday

10am – 12pm
Baby massage with Becca Davies/Lianne Ing
A relaxed, friendly and informative class. You will learn massage techniques for your baby and the many great benefits that come with it.

Yoga and Meditation with Sam Maguire
We believe that Yoga is for everyone so no experience is needed. Sam offers a fusion of Yoga styles to suit your individual needs and at the end of each class will be guided meditation to help you reach relaxation.
£10 per session or 6 sessions for £48, places are limited.

Maintain and regain your body’s ability to move about freely. This gentle class will always take your ability and individual needs into consideration.

Yoga flow and Meditation with Lorraine Nicol
Yoga is more than a physical exercise; it is a fantastic way to improve our quality of life physically, mentally and emotionally. With guided meditation at the end of each session, Lorraine will help you reach relaxation.

Thursday

9.15-10.15am
Beginners Yoga with Ben Saxon

A morning class to introduce you to the basics of Total Yoga, a fresh style that brings together yoga and mindfulness which will guide you into a deep connection with your body, mind and breath.
First session £5, drop-in sessions £10, 6 week course £45

10.30 – 11.30am
Introduction to post-natal Pilates (mum & baby) with Kelly Woodyatt
A friendly group class that bridges the gap between motherhood and mainstream mat work classes. This 4-week Pilates course is for all mums who want to safely restore their abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
The 4-week course is £55, places are limited.


11.30am – 12.30pm
Post-natal Pilates with Kelly Woodyatt
A unique group class suitable for mother and baby (pre-crawling) that focuses on postnatal rehabilitation. You can attend this class after you have completed the 4-week introductory course (above).
A course of 6 sessions is £45, places are limited.
